During my time at AUK, I was responsible for producing one show each semester, providing a platform for students to showcase their artistic abilities. For each production, I worked with 30 to 40 students across acting, stage management, and design to bring the show to fruition, often within a very limited production budget. For most of the students, this was their first experience working on a play. All aspects of the production, including design and management, were undertaken by students, with me providing guidance and preparation over the course of several weeks.

Every other semester, we selected a play that the students themselves were interested in working on. The idea for the Spring 2023 production originated from conversations I had with students about their interest in staging British comedies.
